Oh how I missed it.
There's power everywhere in the rev range from that wonderful 3.6L. You put your foot down and it goes. Not sports car quick, but surprisingly fast (~7.5 seconds to 60) for a 4,000lb crossover. And it sounds absolutely wonderful.
It's really tossable, more than I remember it being. Turn off the traction and stability control and it comes alive. It handles really well honestly. And the hydraulic power steering has a lot of feedback.
And I forgot how comfortable the seats were and how good the stereo sounded.
It just needs a damn slap shift instead of a toggle shift.
Overall, if I somehow obtained it and my mom got a new car, I would not complain at all.

The Saturn Red Line badge will forever be my favorite badge from a design standpoint.

They definitely took Redline literally.

That 3.6 is such a good engine.

Friend of mine owns one in top trim (I think we talked about this once), that engine is incredible, better than my H6.
Looks exactly like this.

Captiva Sport LTZ? Nice.
We can get those here, but they're only sold to rental fleets and only with a 4-cylinder. I wouldn't be surprised if my mom bought one to replace the Vue.

I guess, here we had the V6 Sport and the Ecotec (2.4 and plastic bumpers). Also quite a nice interior with fake wood and beige leather.

I'm pretty sure my Pilot and the Vue Red Line have the same motor......

Ohh, well that's what it would equate to up here.
Our has grey cloth and what looks like carbon fiber stuff for the trim. Still nice, but I wish we had the Redline so we had the black leather and fake suede interior.

First generation, yes. Both use Honda's 3.5L V6. Second-gen Vue Redline uses GM's 3.6L V6.

You need a custom grille with a Caddilac logo. Like now.
